连接ing 埃尔迈拉大学’s extensive Alumni network with current students for career readiness and success.
The 埃尔迈拉大学 翼下 Mentoring Program pairs members of EC’s active Alumni network with current students to help them prepare for, 甚至发现, their future career path. Alumni participation and support also has the long-term effect of improving retention and graduation rates for EC students.
Alumni interested in volunteering can expect to provide career-related exploration: informational interviews, 工作见习, 职业生涯辅导, 实习, small group industry presentations, and/or entry-level jobs. Mentees will be selected sophomores and juniors with an identified career path in the same field as their Alumni mentor, providing meaningful and direct support.

We're also in an excellent position to assist students in gaining pre-professional development opportunities in career fields they're interested in.
